- Organization of the activities of the Department on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other current regulatory legal acts related to education, the matric and instructions of the head of inspection and rector of the; -development of current and future work plans of the department; -analysis and examination of the provision of educational directions and specialties with DTS, qualification requirements, curricula and subject programs; -Study the quality of the educational process at the university, the level of its provision with educational literature and teaching materials; -Study and analyze the compliance of the knowledge of university students with state educational standards; -ensuring the implementation of regulatory and legal documents aimed at improving the quality of education; -monitoring the quality of personnel training; -Organize internal certification of higher education institutions, identify factors that negatively affect the quality of education based on the results, and submit the information to the rector of the higher education institution and the Inspectorate; -analyze the effectiveness of using modern methods and techniques in the process of improving the qualifications of professors and teachers in order to improve the quality of education; -monitor the status of indicators determining the quality of education and make proposals to relevant structural units regarding identified problems and shortcomings; - Conducting internal monitoring, preparation of analytical data, making proposals to the management of the OSCE to eliminate identified shortcomings and problems in the structural structures of the OSCE (faculty, department, Center, akdemic Lyceum) in order to determine the state of professional qualifications of pedagogical workers, as well as the level of quality in the areas of post-graduate education and professional development and retraining; - Analyze the relevance of the basic information of the university's professors and teachers to the subject they teach, or study whether they have undergone appropriate retraining or have a scientific title or degree in the relevant specialty, and report the conclusions to the rector of the institute; -analyze the state of the material and technical base of the educational process, make proposals for its development and improvement; -monitor the organization of student internships at the university, taking into account the educational directions and specialties, and its effectiveness; - participate in the collection of information on the determination and evaluation of the ranking of higher education institutions, as well as in the processes related to the certification and quality of education, in accordance with the instructions of the Inspectorate; - to establish control over the timely elimination of shortcomings and defects identified at the university in the processes related to certification and quality assurance of education; - Improving the professional skills of department employees, studying the experience of prestigious educational and scientific centers of developed foreign countries at the expense of the "Talent" Foundation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or international projects and higher education institutions, and applying them to the educational process; - Develop measures aimed at raising the university's rating to an international level together with the university's leadership and actively participate in ensuring their implementation; - Conduct educational seminars and trainings in collaboration with relevant structural units of the university aimed at improving the quality of education; -monitoring the issues of integration between the educational process and production, the practical application of innovative ideas, developments and technologies; - Provide information on the results of studies and monitoring carried out by the department on improving the quality of education at the Council of Higher Education, round tables, and conferences; - submit proposals and recommendations to the Inspection and the university leadership in the prescribed manner regarding the promotion or disciplinary action of department employees based on the results of their performance of assigned tasks; -to perform other tasks assigned to the department in the field of quality control of education. -to have a perfect knowledge of the Uzbek, Russian languages ​​and one of the foreign languages ​​(it is advisable to take into account the employee's advanced training abroad when forming the staff unit); - have the necessary knowledge of using modern information and communication technologies in work activities.
