-Organization of timely delivery of decrees and decisions adopted by the president and government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and comprehensive explanation to students, professors and teachers at the branch of higher educational institutions of the Federal state budget of the National Research University "MEI" in Tashkent, to introduce special courses for this, to organize spiritual and educational meetings, discussions, Dialogues, Conversations, question and answer nights;
- To create conditions for the formation of a social environment that meets the requirements of the liberalization of society among faculty professors, teachers, and students;
- Work in cooperation with law enforcement agencies to implement legal education and prevent crime;
- Establish a system for disseminating information about the country's life and international life to the general public and students;
- Organization of meaningful transfer of students ' free time, Organization of directions and specializations in accordance with the interests of students at the faculty, circles on vocational types, other structures aimed at busy student-youth free time from classes with productive and profitable labor (paid) ;
- Special attention among students to reading and studying fiction, in particular high-level fiction created in Uzbekistan during the years of independence, special examination contests for the best interpretation, analysis and review of works of art for this purpose, conferences of readers, organizing meetings with authors and writers, encouraging winners;
- Control over ensuring the uninterrupted and high-quality operation of the educational institution's sports and recreation, household services, catering, recreation, and cultural leisure systems;
- To obtain information about the financial situation of students from low-income, orphaned, disabled, and large families, and to regularly work on their social protection;
- Organize and supervise the work of the faculty and the educational institution in cooperation with the parents of students, local authorities, charitable foundations, and neighborhoods;
- Ensure the regular publication of multiple copies and wall newspapers, and regularly cover the work being carried out at the faculty on spiritual and educational issues;
- Organize regular competitions, festivals, art amateur circles, sports competitions, spartakiads, and olympiads;
- Control over the placement of students in the branch student dormitory (students who have lost their breadwinner, orphans, low-income students, students studying remotely, etc.), the living conditions of students living outside the student dormitory, i.e. rented, are constantly studied.
